72, Capital Park Rd, Cyber Hills Colony, VIP Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081. Swiggy gives the address as 1-98/4/14, Sy No. 72, Madhapur, Serilingampally Circle 20, which is why some listings show it under Serilingampally.

Landmarks: HITEC City, Cyber Towers, Inorbit Mall and the Durgam Cheruvu cable bridge are in the same area. These are general references, not directions.

Madhapur is one of Hyderabad's main IT districts, so weekday mornings bring office crowds. If you are coming from elsewhere in the city, allow for HITEC City traffic at peak hours.

Timings

We did not find published hours for the Madhapur outlet on the sources we checked. Bengaluru city outlets typically run from early morning until late night, but do not assume the same here. Check a current listing before you go.

As a rough guide, breakfast items on the Bengaluru board were served from 6:30 to 11:30 AM and again from 4 PM, with lunch rice dishes from 12 to 3 PM.

Opening

The outlet ran free trials from 14 to 16 January 2024, which drew big crowds and went viral on social media. It opened to the public on 19 January 2024.

In May 2024, a Telangana food-safety inspection at this outlet found expired stock, and the founders apologised. No closure was reported.

The opening drew attention partly because the Bengaluru brand was already widely talked about on social media. Hyderabad remains the only outlet outside Karnataka that opened before late 2025.

No itemised Hyderabad price list was found. The core menu is the same vegetarian South Indian line-up as Bengaluru: idli, vada, dosa, pongal, rice dishes and filter coffee. The signature items are ghee podi idli, ghee podi masala dosa, open butter masala dosa and filter coffee.

Cost for two

Swiggy lists Rs 350 for two. That compares with about Rs 250 in Bengaluru, Rs 700 in Pune and Rs 600 to 800 in Mumbai, all from listings. Delivery app prices run higher than at the counter.

For one person, a signature idli, a dosa and a coffee is a reasonable meal. In a group, ordering several plates to share lets you try more of the menu.

• Expect crowds at breakfast and on weekends. Early morning or late evening is easier.
• Do not plan on parking.
• Order at the counter or kiosk, then collect with your token.

What to order in Madhapur

First-timers usually go for the brand's signatures. On the reported Bengaluru board these were ghee podi idli, ghee podi masala dosa, open butter masala dosa and filter coffee. Add a plate of ven pongal or mini vada sambar if you are hungry. In Hyderabad, expect prices to sit a little above the Bengaluru figures, in line with the higher cost for two on listings.

Lunch-only rice dishes such as bisi bele bhath and puliyogare were served between 12 and 3 PM on the Bengaluru board. Hyderabad timings for these may differ, so ask at the counter.

How the outlet works

Like most of the brand's outlets, Madhapur works as a quick-service darshini. You order and pay at the counter or kiosk, take a token, and collect each item as it is ready, served on steel plates. Most people eat at standing tables. Seating is limited, so this is not the place for a long, relaxed meal.

Delivery listings exist on Swiggy, Zomato and magicpin. Delivery prices are usually higher than counter prices, so the Rs 350 cost-for-two figure is the better guide for eating in.

How Hyderabad compares with other cities

Hyderabad was the brand's first step outside Karnataka. It was followed by Pune in December 2025 and Mumbai in March 2026. Of these three, Hyderabad has the lowest reported cost for two.
